How to Stop a Binge

1. Identify WHY you want to  binge. Family? Friends? Boredom?

2. Once you have identified the problem, do something to change it. Family driving you crazy? Go for a walk. Friend drama? Lock your cell phone in a drawer and do some crunches. Bored? Find something to do. Run. Bike. Walk. Crunches. Jumping Jacks. Find a cool workout on tumblr and try it. DO SOMETHING.

3. Smile, because you are one step closer to your goal.
